Aquatech Innovation Awards 2024

The pool sector needs a change of scenery; we are entering a new era of innovation, the application of technology, sustainable solutions, and the design of healthier and more energy-efficient spaces are becoming increasingly necessary.

The Aquatech Innovation Awards 2024 are intended to recognize the work, leadership, and effort of those companies and professionals who are committed to transformation, disruption, and innovation. For those who generate new materials, develop alternative products, more efficient equipment, water management systems in line with sustainability criteria, and operational processes that should help meet increasingly demanding pool management needs. Also, for those who apply technology and digitization to improve facilities in spas, sports clubs, hotels, resorts, campsites, public spaces, or water parks, among others.

The Aquatech Innovation Awards 2024 will be presented at a Gala Dinner on October 9, 2024.

• Product Innovation: Pools, Components, Domotics and Furniture: Award for outstanding innovation in products related to pools and spas, including pools, components, home automation systems, and furniture. Products that enhance efficiency, functionality, and user experience will be valued, along with their contribution to sustainability and adaptability to new technologies.
• Pool and/or Spa in Hotel, Spa, or Resort: Recognition for the pool and/or spa project located in a hotel, spa, or resort setting, distinguished by its innovative design, integration with the surroundings, and ability to provide an exceptional experience for users. Both aesthetics and functionality, as well as sustainability of the project, will be valued.
• Pool and/or Spa in Residential Development: Recognition for the pool and/or spa project in a residential development distinguished by its cutting-edge design, adaptation to residents’ needs, and contribution to well-being and quality of life in the community. Creativity, originality, and energy efficiency of the project will be rewarded.
• Recreational Installation in Water Park or Camping Site: Recognition for the recreational installation located in a water park or camping site that stands out for its innovation, variety of activities, and ability to provide entertainment and fun for visitors. Safety, accessibility, and environmental respect in the design and operation of the installation will be valued.
• Municipal Installation: Award for the municipal installation of pools and/or spas that stands out for its contribution to the well-being and health of the community, accessibility for all citizens, and focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. Effective management, innovation in services, and integration with other municipal infrastructures will be rewarded.
